Hi ! I’m Wiktor Mastela.
I am a PhD Candidate at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA),
where my research and professional life revolve around
the intersection of Music Technology and Contemporary Sonic Practices.
My journey in music started early as a graduate of the Music School of Ilion,
while my multicultural background is reflected in my graduation
from the Polish School in Athens.
Today, holding both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Music Technology,
I bridge the gap between academic theory and creative practice.
What I Do For several years, I have been an external collaborator at the Music and Acoustic Technology Laboratory (LabMAT). My work there, as well as my independent projects, focuses on:Audio Engineering & Production: From studio sessions to field recordings, I handle the entire lifecycle of a project, including recording, mixing, and mastering.Sound Design & Visuals: I create and edit visual content (video) to complement and enhance musical works. Live Sound: Providing technical support for high-profile concerts and academic events.
Performance: I remain an active musician, playing electric guitar and piano across various genres, always exploring new ways to compose and create. paragraph here your paragraph here
